GALVESTON LIMO REFUND POLICY

Payment

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and will be charged in advance of your scheduled pickup. 50% of your reservation total is non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled pickup date in order to receive any applicable refund.

To make a cancellation, please contact us during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM):

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the pickup date, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. The full reservation amount will be charged.

Disclosure

Galveston Limousine assumes no responsibility for missed transfers due to airline flight delays, late cruise ship debarkation, traffic, or any unforeseen problem. We strongly recommend booking with sufficient buffer time.
